Refunds


We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video showing:

  • The package in its original sealed condition before opening.

  • The complete unboxing and inspection of the product.

  • Any visible damage, missing item, or defect during the process.

Returns without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

To initiate a return, please email gailyfit@gmail.com with your order number, tracking code, and unboxing video. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

For international shipments, additional return fees may apply.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled anytime before shipment by emailing gailyfit@gmail.com. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of your package, our Warranty and Return Policy applies.


 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your unboxing video and photos. We will review your claim and resolve the issue as soon as possible.


 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Products returned without an unboxing video
